How can I return or exchange a paddle ?
We offer a 30-day return window for all paddles. You can return or exchange the paddle within 30 days of the delivery date shown on the tracking info.
The paddle must be unused , meaning:
It hasn’t been played with.
The grip seal is still intact.
No scuffs or marks on the paddle.
If the paddle shows signs of use or damage, we’ll send it back to you, and the return will not be accepted.

What is our paddle warranty ?
We offer a 3-month (90-day) warranty for manufacturing defects. If your paddle breaks due to a defect, we’ll replace it for free.
However, we don’t cover damage from regular play, normal wear and tear or misuse.

Whats our shipping policy?
We ship all orders from our warehouse in Vancouver, BC.
Standard Shipping takes approximately 7–10 business days, not including 2–3 business days for processing.
Express Shipping typically takes 3–5 business days, also not including processing time.
Please note: Orders placed on Fridays or over the weekend will begin processing the following Monday, as carriers do not accept shipments over the weekend.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. We appreciate your patience as we get your paddle ready to play.
Is our paddle USAPA Approved ?
Not yet! We’re currently working on getting certified and are in the process of becoming USAPA-approved. Stay tuned!
